Graham Threlfall – Automotive Collision Repair & Bodyshop Performance Specialist

Graham Threlfall is an automotive collision repair and bodyshop performance specialist with more than 30 years of international experience across the vehicle repair, refinishing and automotive aftermarket industries.

Throughout his career, Graham has worked with vehicle manufacturers, bodyshop groups, insurers, equipment and coatings manufacturers, helping organisations improve repair quality, technical capability, operational performance and profitability.

Through PER4M, Graham works across the Middle East and internationally, delivering bodyshop consultancy, performance audits, technical and management training, and OEM network development programmes. His particular areas of focus include modern repair methodology, EV and advanced vehicle repair readiness, repair-versus-replace strategies, workshop productivity and developing sustainable, high-performing collision repair operations.

A regular industry speaker, moderator and panel chair, Graham has contributed to major automotive industry events and initiatives, including Automechanika Dubai, and serves on the Plasnomic Global Alliance Council, supporting the advancement of professional automotive plastic repair.

Graham combines hands-on technical knowledge with a strong understanding of bodyshop operations, giving him a practical perspective on how the collision repair industry must adapt to increasingly complex vehicles, new technologies and changing customer and insurer expectations.
