Xavier Kaufman has been CEO of Indra Automobile Recycling since February 2026, and sits on the boards of Opisto and Pollini Group. He spent most of his career at Renault Group in Europe and Asia. After starting in audit, he held sales and after-sales roles in the distribution networks and at headquarters. As After-Sales Director Asia-Pacific, then VP Aftersales Marketing & Operations (2015-2022), he developed after-sales activities and built deep expertise in the spare parts market. In late 2022, he was appointed Chief Business Officer and VP Refactory in the new circular economy company, The Future is Neutral.
